**What You’ll Achieve**
We are looking for a Support Executive to assist our customers with functional problems when using our products and services. Support Executive responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities. To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You should also be familiar with help desk software. Ultimately, you will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support during all sales and after-sales procedures.

- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint.

- Ability to handle pressure.
- Ability to learn and grasp new things.
- Broader way of thinking and sharing new ideas.
- Making presentation on day to day working for effective learning.
- Sharing report in excel and ready to use software.
- Taking responsibilities of assigned projects.
- Understanding client’s requirements and sharing it with respective managers.
- Coordinate with correct person to escalate any query.
- On-site and off-site product training for clients.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

**Essential Requirements**:
- 1 year of experience with a professional approach in answering calls and provide information about products and services.
- Maintaining records of transactions and interactions.
- Qualification -BE/B.Tech.
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Good communication skills and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of GST & e-invoice.
- Hands on making good presentations.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Self-motivated and a good Team player.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- Basic Computer skills.
