Institutional Sales Manager

- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target corporate and institutional clients and achieve sales targets
- Develops new business by analyzing account potential; initiating, developing, and closing sales and recommending new applications.
- Initiates sales process by building relationships; qualifying potential; scheduling appointments.
- Develops sales by making initial presentation; explaining product and service enhancements and additions; introducing new products and services.
- Develop funnel segment wise to ensure spread of network. Mapping the opportunities in the region and to create exhaustive structured databank and sales funnel.
- Assimilate the data from various sources and build a comprehensive database
- Negotiate contracts and assist in closing agreements to maximize profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Creating strong brand image of the company by enjoying goodwill amongst the existing customers, creating visibility of Company, offering customized solutions to the prospective customers and demonstrating YOU-attitude to the Customers
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
