Job location: Bangalore Job Summary: Frutta is looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Associate / Key Accounts Managers who comes with a strong hospitality mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships. If you enjoy interacting with people, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining service excellence, this role is for you Responsibilities: Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with high-value B2B clients. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts. Conduct regular meetings with clients & regular visit to client’s place to understand their concerns, propose tailored product solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and product, to ensure seamless service delivery and effective problem-solving for clients. Obtain references from existing clients, cross-sell, upsell, and ensure client retention by maintaining regular contact and providing excellent services. Drive customer loyalty by offering exceptional service and proactively addressing client concerns and requirements. Qualifications: Graduates from Hotel Management / Hospitality / Catering / Tourism 2+ years of proven experience in relevant field or client handling experience. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Candidates with experience in: Guest Relations, Front Office Executive, Customer Relationship, Client Service Executive, Banquet/Event Coordination. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple key accounts. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and knowledge in any CRM software. Familiarity with the Bangalore market and B2B client landscape.
