Senior Manager HR Business Partner/HR Generalist Position: Senior Manager HRBP (Human Resources Business Partner/ HR Generalist) Company: Global Credit Management Service Company Shift: 5:30 PM 8:30 PM (Hybrid: Monday & Friday WFH, Mid & Evening Shift) Experience: 7+ years Responsibilities: Policy Development: Assist in defining and refining policies to balance employee and organizational needs. Ensure consistent communication to foster a positive, collaborative, and engaged environment. (15%) Process Improvement: Conceptualize HR process improvements and lead efforts to bridge process gaps highlighted through self, internal, or external audits. (20%) 1.HR Reporting: Lead and execute HR reporting function, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of HRIS. (15%) 2. Initiative Support: Lead education, communication, and support of HR initiatives, partnering with business leaders to drive performance management, employee development, adherence to company policies, and HR administration (NHO, benefits, compensation, employee relations, etc.). (20%) 3.HR Processes: Lead execution of key HR processes such as PACE, Payroll Process, Attendance and Leave tracking, etc. (10%) 4.Employee Relations: Manage, investigate, and report employee relation cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and proper resolution within company policies, procedures, and values. (10%) 5.Team Management: Manage direct reports. (10%) Education: Required: Master's or Advanced Degree; Full-time MBA from a reputed B school Experience: Required: 9+ years in progressive HR roles. Good knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliances, proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, HRIS, Organizational Development.
