Position Description:
The HR Business Partner is a pivotal role within the Human Resources department, acting as a strategic partner & an advisor to the business leaders. The HRBP is responsible for aligning HR initiatives with the overall business objectives, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee engagement, and fostering a positive work culture.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Leaders to drive all People related initiatives. Provide guidance on employee development, performance management, career & succession planning.
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the business strategy
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Develop and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
Coach managers on effective performance management to improve employee productivity, feedback, and development.
Analyze and present people metrics to the business leaders to help with People decision and planning
Drive Global People Projects/ Initiatives locally Partnering with other Geo HR teams
Conduct employee Pulse surveys and use data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Qualification and Skills
Master’s degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field.
10-12 years of experience in HR roles, including experience as an HR Business Partner
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to think strategically and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated experience in talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
Proven attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and use of Data analytics to aid in People decisions in partnership with the leaders
Must be skilled in use of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and PowerPoint
