As an HR Business Partner (HRBP), you will play a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. You will be assisting with various HR matters such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and workforce planning. The role requires a deep understanding of HR expertise to drive positive outcomes for both the organization and its employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Analyze workforce trends and industry benchmarks to inform HR planning and decision-making. • Implement & execute employee engagement programs to enhance skills and competencies aligned with business needs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Address employee relations issues promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
• Execute and support the annual performance management systems to set clear expectations, measure performance, and provide feedback.
• Work with managers to identify performance improvement opportunities and develop action plans.
• Participate in organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement interventions as needed.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Partner with legal and compliance teams to address HR-related legal issues and mitigate risks.
• Utilize HR analytics and metrics to track key performance indicators and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards to senior management, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations.

KEY DELIVERABLES
• Collaborative Skills:- The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high-growth, young, agile business environment.
• Functional understanding:- The role is critical for business performance and would require the incumbent to create a competitive business advantage for the HR domain. It would be critical to analyze the effectiveness of the processes on a day-to-day basis and course correct. Therefore travelling will be required to various locations/regions (PAN India) to have an effective partnership with business.
• Data-driven/ Analytical:- The role is required to drive specific process efficiency metrics and would be accountable to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Employee Engagement:- Plan and develop Employee engagement for location-based employee

• Influential - Persuades and influences others without direct reliance on authority.
• Hands-on experience in handling GenZ
• Proven track record of managing Employee Life Cycle
• Must have handled Employee Engagement
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Knowledge of HR Software functioning
