Overview: We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) Lead to join our team. The HRBP Lead will play a critical role in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational effectiveness. This position requires a seasoned HR professional who can provide leadership and guidance to a team of HR Business Partners, while also serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and stakeholders across the organization.


Responsibilities:

1.Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive HR initiatives and programs.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices that align with business goals and support organizational growth and development.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify HR priorities and initiatives that address current and future business needs.

2. Employee Relations and Performance Management:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to HR Business Partners and managers on employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies for employee engagement, retention, and talent development.
  • Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate actions to address employee relations issues and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

3.Talent Acquisition and Succession Planning:

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Lead efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workforce through proactive recruitment and talent development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans to ensure continuity of key roles and talent pipeline development.

4.Change Management and Organizational Development:

  • Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth, restructuring, and culture transformation.
  • Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance team effectiveness, collaboration, and performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and teams to navigate change and build resilience in times of transition.

5.HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Oversee the collection and analysis of HR data to identify trends, measure HR effectiveness, and inform decision-making.
  • Develop and present HR metrics and reports to senior leadership to drive data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize HR analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement of HR programs and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing HR teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR initiatives with business goals and drive organizational change.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
