Role & responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing financial models for evaluating the feasibility and viability of land parcels for acquisition and development, including MHADA, Redevelopment, and SRA projects.
  • Assist and coordinate the preparation of transaction documents such as Term Sheets, Conveyance Deeds, and Joint Development Agreements (JDAs).
  • Coordinate due diligence processes including legal, title verification, technical feasibility, and compliance checks.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on competitors, market trends, government policies, and economic conditions to support investment decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of presentations and proposals for internal reviews and investment committee meetings.
  • Liaise and collaborate with government authorities including MHADA, SRA, and local municipal bodies for project-related approvals and processes.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders from legal, finance, design, and planning teams to ensure successful project evaluation and closure.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
