You’ll drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle , collaborate with internal stakeholders, and develop proactive sourcing strategies to build a world-class non-tech team. If you are passionate about recruitment, have a keen eye for identifying top performers, and thrive in a high-growth environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Own the full-cycle recruitment process for non-tech roles across departments. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop role-specific hiring strategies. Source and attract high-quality candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, employee referrals, and other creative channels. Screen and shortlist candidates effectively based on skillset, attitude, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage candidate communications to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain candidate data and workflows using ATS tools, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records. Track key recruitment metrics like TAT (Turnaround Time), offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline efficiency. Stay updated with industry hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and market best practices. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition focused on non-tech hiring, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in ATS systems and recruitment tools. A proactive, high-ownership mindset with the ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously. Nice to Have Experience hiring for sales-led B2B SaaS or marketing-centric organizations. Familiarity with modern employer branding and recruitment marketing techniques.
