We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment initiatives that help us attract and hire top talent across product, engineering, research, and business roles. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams that drive our mission forward. Role Overview As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from workforce planning and sourcing to interviews and onboarding. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, design recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Your ability to identify, engage, and close the right talent will directly impact the growth and culture of our organization. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Strategy and Planning Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce needs. Develop recruitment strategies tailored to technical, business, and leadership roles. Manage recruitment pipelines for multiple functions simultaneously. Sourcing and Candidate Engagement Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels. Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Create compelling outreach strategies to engage passive candidates. Selection and Hiring Process Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess skills and cultural fit. Coordinate interview panels and guide hiring managers on structured assessments. Manage the offer process, negotiations, and closing of candidates. Candidate Experience and Employer Branding Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging candidate experience. Collaborate with marketing to enhance Scry AI’s employer brand through job postings, career pages, and social campaigns. Represent the company at career fairs, conferences, and networking events. Data and Process Management Maintain accurate recruitment records in ATS or HR systems. Track and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate conversion. Continuously improve recruitment processes through data-driven insights. Required Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in tech/AI/SaaS environments. Strong sourcing skills with proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple role types. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with competing priorities. Tools Familiarity Applicant Tracking Systems (e.G., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable), LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Suite, and HRIS platforms. Preferred Prior experience recruiting in BFSI, enterprise software, or AI-driven companies. Exposure to global hiring and remote-first workforce recruitment. Understanding of employer branding and social recruitment strategies. Familiarity with compliance and diversity hiring best practices.
