Agri Processing is the first venture of SACL Limited, which began its operations in Punjab with a Rice Mill capacity of 2 TPH and has now expanded to 205 TPH annually. Strategically positioned in fertile and organic-rich areas of North India, the company has been experiencing substantial growth. SAEL has expanded its portfolio to include Export, Warehousing, and Energy. It has a presence in over 33 countries and is actively involved in the distribution of rice both in India and internationally.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager in the Rice Division located in Varanasi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing regional sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, achieving sales targets and analyzing market trends. The individual will also be responsible for coordinating with the marketing and supply chain teams to ensure seamless distribution of products.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Marketing skills, including the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Experience in client relationship management and customer service
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the agricultural or rice industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
