You’ll be our: Talent Operations Specialist

You’ll be based at: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru

You’ll be aligned with: Talent Operations Lead

You’ll be a member of: Talent Strategy & Analytics, People Operations & Strategy

What will you be doing at Ather?

- Administration of employee benefits programs, including medical health insurance, Accidental Insurance, Life Insurance, Company Car Scheme and retirement plans- Coordinating with Insurer to settle the claims- Processing GTLI and GPA if any- Maintain and administration of Flexi Benefit Plan- Administration of ESOP- Part of HR Shared Services- Ensures compliance with regulations governing employee benefit programs- Processes enrollments, changes, and terminations of employee benefits- Manages billing and payments for employee benefit programs- Resolves issues related to employee benefits, including claims and eligibility- Maintains accurate employee benefits records and files- Assists with the preparation of annual reports and audits related to employee benefits- Provides support to the HR team as needed- Providing status updates of benefits on a regular basis with the leadership team- Working as an audit SPOC

What kind of experience and skills you need for this role

- Work experience of 8-10 years in benefit management for 3000+ employees- Familiar with diverse reward tools, not limited to ESOP, ESPP SARS, CCPS etc.- In-depth knowledge and experience of end-to-end benefit management- Knowledge of state regulations related to employee benefits- Ability to analyze data and prepare reports- Customer service-oriented- Internal/external stakeholder relationship management- Exposure to process-oriented organizations- Familiarity with data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced skills in spreadsheet and presentation tools- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
