Talent Management COE
Overview: We are seeking an experienced Talent Management (TM) Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TM and OD strategies. The role involves developing and implementing talent management initiatives to attract, retain and develop key talent within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Design, govern and sustain best-in-class performance management based on org needs
- Conceptualize and anchor interventions like talent reviews and succession planning for key leadership roles
- Institutionalize and roll out career framework for the org .
- Collaborate with stakeholders like HRBP and business leaders to diagnose and align talent management efforts with business needs and priorities
- Continuous improvement of TM practices based on data, insights and trends
Qualifications/ Experience: Masters in HR with 8-12 years
- Strong communication, listening and people skills
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with Talent management, Performance Management practices
- Prior experience in designing and scaling org-level interventions and change management
- Self-starters, high ownership, and end-to-end program management experience
