Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive with 2-3 years of experience in selling to enterprise and mid-market clients. This role requires an individual with a strong sales acumen who can carry a quota and consistently achieve sales targets. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quotas through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and closing sales deals.
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking within the enterprise and mid-market segments.
Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Client Engagement: Conduct effective virtual sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs and requirements of enterprise and mid-market clients.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within targeted accounts to maximise opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Needs Assessment: Understand client needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives and drive value.
Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions, handle objections, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.
Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the Inside Sales Manager and other team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
Reporting: Regularly update sales activities, forecast, and pipeline status in the CRM, providing accurate and timely reports to the Inside Sales Manager.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, specifically selling to enterprise and mid-market clients.
Demonstrated ability to carry a sales quota and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of the sales process and techniques, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing deals.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Knowledge of SAP & Salesforce licenses or services sales is a plus.
