Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and negotiating contracts. They will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns, and analyze market trends to adjust strategies accordingly. The role also involves maintaining client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in identifying business opportunities and building client relationships
- Experience in contract negotiation and strategic planning
- Ability to collaborate with marketing teams and execute campaigns
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market trends and adjust strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
