Achieve assigned sales targets through effective territory planning, customer engagement, and proactive market penetration . Engage with customers to present strong product value propositions and align solutions with client and organizational objectives. Conduct regular field visits and market visits to identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction. Negotiate commercial terms effectively to close deals while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships . Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales support, operations, service, and logistics) to ensure smooth and timely order execution. Analyze territory performance, track competitor activities, and share relevant market intelligence with the management team. Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates. Uphold company values, ethics, and compliance standards while driving growth within the assigned territory.
