- Conduct regular field visits and market visits to identify new business opportunities and improve customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial terms effectively to close deals while ensuring profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams (sales support, operations, service, and logistics) to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
- Analyze territory performance, track competitor activities, and share relevant market intelligence with the management team.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Uphold company values, ethics, and compliance standards while driving growth within the assigned territory.
