Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior Executive - Corporate Relations to support our

sales and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate should be proactive, confident in communication, and

willing to learn the basics of business development through tele-calling, emailing, and digital

channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct telecalling campaigns to connect with leads and prospects
  • Send professional and personalized emails for client outreach and follow-ups
  • Assist in identifying potential clients through online research and networking
  • Support digital marketing activities, including basic content posting and campaign support
  • Maintain and update lead data using Excel or CRM tools
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth communication and follow-through on leads
  • Support in scheduling meetings, demos, and follow-up calls

Key Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence in making outbound calls
  • Basic email drafting and communication etiquette
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics
  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and basic CRM tools (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Communications, Marketing preferred)
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply
  • Any prior experience in talent management, student outreach, or placements will be an added

advantage

Budget: CTC – 3 to 4 LPA
