**Role: Jr corporate Lawyer.**

1. *Regulatory Compliance:*
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and compliance with relevant laws.
- Stay updated on changes in financial and regulatory environments.

2. *Contract Drafting and Review:*
- Draft and review contracts related to financial transactions, partnerships, and agreements.
- Ensure legal protection and compliance with applicable laws.

3. *Corporate Governance:*
- Advise on corporate governance matters and ensure adherence to internal policies.
- Assist in board meetings and related legal documentation.

4. *Financial Transactions:*
- Provide legal support for financial transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
- Conduct due diligence on legal aspects of financial deals.

5. *Litigation and Dispute Resolution:*
- Represent the NBFC in legal proceedings, if necessary.
- Collaborate with external counsel for litigation matters.

6. *Risk Management:*
- Identify legal risks and provide proactive advice to mitigate potential issues.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.

7. *Compliance Reporting:*
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required by financial authorities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to regulatory bodies.

8. *Training and Awareness:*
- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on legal and compliance matters.
- Foster a culture of legal awareness within the organization.

9. *Contract Negotiation:*
- Negotiate terms in contracts to protect the interests of the NBFC.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

10. *Research and Analysis:*
- Conduct legal research on relevant financial laws and industry trends.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on legal analysis.

11. *Confidentiality and Data Protection:*
- Ensure compliance with data protection laws and safeguard sensitive information.
- Develop and implement measures to protect the confidentiality of corporate and client data.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
