We are looking for a Corporate Technical Trainer with expertise in AI, IoT, Data Science, Data Analytics, DevOps, Full Stack Development, Python, and Java . Tasks Knowledge and experience in Current Technologies (Current trends in IT industry).• Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.• Must be a leader that sets standard and expectations through his or her character,integrity, ethics and personality.• Able to deliver, project and motivate students or corporate Employees througheffective training methodologies both as a group and individual in the classroom.• Manage the delivery and continuous improvement of self learning programs acrossthe organization for the support of the organization’s needs.• Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools,and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness in the execution of training programsin institutes.• Conduct specific training needs assessments to support the design, development anddelivery of corporate training programs and strategies.• Monitor and measure effectiveness of all execution of training programs in institutes.• Coordinating with individual departments (Institutes) to outline deliverables tostudents and expectation.• Proactively work with the Management team to identify areas of execution andaccomplishing the tasks then and there without any backlogs.• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.• Create high quality deliverables within then and there provided by the Managementteam.• Able to travel in a flexible schedule including weekdays to accomplish training, undersupervisor coverage.• Good in presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills required.
