A place to make a difference: In this full-time six-month maximum term position, based anywhere in Australia or the Pacific, you will support our Pacific programs to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Project and Award Coordinator plays’ an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it’s coordinating reporting to donors, ensure compliance requirements are met, and or supporting Country Offices you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world. You will make a difference by: · Ensuring the data in our Award Management System (AMS) is accurate and up to date · Supporting teams to understand and comply with donor requirements · Liaising effectively with Country Offices, the Support Services Team, and other key stakeholders · Analysing and reporting on performance, including working with auditors as needed · Monitoring and analysing project budgets and forecasts, and supporting budget development · Supporting emergency responses and preparedness in the Pacific as required A place to feel valued: You are technologically savvy with analytical instincts and organisational skills that are second to none.
