Job Overview:
ABResh provides Web, App, and Software Development, Management, and comprehensive Digital Marketing Services to clients worldwide. We are looking for proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Managers to help drive our growth by acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and identifying market opportunities. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in sales strategy, possess strong client engagement skills, and demonstrate a keen understanding of the technology and digital marketing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and target potential clients globally, focusing on sectors that benefit from web, app, and software development as well as digital marketing services.
- Use various channels to generate high-quality leads, including networking, online research, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial outreach to prospects, build a pipeline of potential clients, and set up meetings to introduce ABResh Technologies’ services.
2. Client Acquisition and Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients, ensuring a steady growth in the client bas
- Conduct in-depth client needs assessments, presenting customized service offerings that align with their business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to convert prospects into long-term clients.
3. Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted point of contact for all business development needs.
- Provide regular follow-ups and updates, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
4. Market Research and Strategic Planning:
- Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands, identifying opportunities for service enhancement and market entry.
- Analyze and report on business development activities, contributing insights for strategic planning and setting revenue goals.
- Participate in the development of new service offerings based on market feedback and client requirements.
5. Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets by consistently generating and closing sales opportunities.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates and reports on key metrics to the management team.
- Continuously refine sales processes and tactics based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

- Sales and Negotiation: Proven ability to close deals and negotiate contracts effectively, meeting revenue targets consistently.
- Lead Generation: Skilled in using multiple lead-generation methods, including networking, digital platforms, and outbound marketing.
- Client Relationship Management: Exceptional relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term client engagement and retention.
- Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development, web and app technologies, and digital marketing principles.
- Communication and Presentation: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to assess market trends, analyze data, and develop strategies that align with business goals.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and deliver under tight deadlines.
