Event Sales Manager

The ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, a strong network within the corporate sector, and a proven ability to close high-value deals. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the growth of ABResh Events.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the corporate sector, focusing on event management, conferences, and brand activations.
Research potential clients, industries, and markets to develop targeted sales strategies.
Build a pipeline of high-value corporate clients and nurture leads through consistent follow-ups.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales and event delivery process.
Foster client trust and loyalty by delivering tailored solutions and personalized attention.
Contract Negotiation and Closing Deals:
Prepare and present compelling proposals and pitch decks to potential clients.
Negotiate event contracts, terms, and pricing to secure profitable and mutually beneficial agreements.
Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and client requirements.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the event planning, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client events.
Provide clear and detailed briefs to internal teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss sales progress and event updates.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze sales metrics, providing regular updates to senior management on performance and revenue projections.
Develop strategies to address challenges and optimize sales efforts based on data insights.
Travel Requirements:
Travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new market opportunities.
Skills and Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management within the events industry or a related field.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Sales Expertise: Strong ability to identify, pursue, and close high-value deals.
Networking: Established network within the corporate sector and ability to build new connections.
Negotiation: Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts and partnerships.

Organization: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads and track performance.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and presentation tools like PowerPoint.
