Job Purpose:

To drive the growth and profitability of the company's e-commerce business by managing key accounts, optimizing product listings, and implementing effective marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Build strong relationships with key e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit, Bigbasaket etc.)
  • Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize performance.
  • Product Listing and Optimization: Ensure accurate and compelling product listings on all e-commerce platforms.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and images to improve search visibility.
  • Monitor and optimize product rankings.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute effective marketing strategies, including promotions, discounts, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content and promotional materials.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Optimize inventory allocation to maximize sales and minimize stockouts.
  • Sales Analysis and Reporting: Track sales performance and generate regular reports.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and relationship with National players and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record in managing key accounts and driving sales.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in managing teams and leading projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


Candidate from FMCG Food will be preffered.
