- Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy aligned with the company's objectives.

- Identify market opportunities and trends to drive sales growth and expand market share.

- Set ambitious sales targets and provide guidance to the sales team to achieve them.

- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies as necessary to maintain a competitive edge.

- Provide coaching, guidance, and ongoing performance feedback to team members.

- Set clear sales goals and expectations for the team and motivate them to achieve and exceed targets.

- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture that promotes professional development and accountability.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

- Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and generate regular reports for management.

- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales processes.

- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive informed decision-making.

- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

- Keep abreast of new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Previous working experience as a National Sales Manager for at least 3-5 years.

- In depth knowledge of managing a high-performance sales team.

- Applicable experience of sales performance metrics.

- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills.

- Analytical and data driven problem solver.
