Job Title: National Sales Head – Infrastructure Services (SaaS & Security Solutions)

Location: Gurugram

Experience: Minimum 15 years in sales, with 5+ years in leadership roles within infrastructure services, SaaS, or security solutions.


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Craft and execute a national sales strategy to grow revenue and market share.
  • Integrate SaaS and security solutions into infrastructure projects for added value.
  • Align sales objectives with company goals across multiple verticals.

2. SaaS & Security Solutions

  • Promote adoption of SaaS platforms and advanced security solutions.
  • Collaborate with product teams to refine offerings based on market demands.

3. Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Set metrics and ensure multi-vertical sales targets are achieved.

4. Business Development

  • Foster relationships with corporate clients, government bodies, and tech partners.
  • Lead negotiations for large-scale SaaS and security-integrated projects.

5. Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring service excellence.
  • Oversee successful deployment of SaaS and security solutions.

6. Operational Excellence

  • Streamline sales processes, pipeline management, and CRM integration.
  • Work with marketing and operations to support seamless solution delivery.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering/Business Administration (MBA preferred).

Skills:

  • Expertise in SaaS, cybersecurity, and infrastructure services.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with market insight.

Targets & Expectations

  1. Revenue Goals:
  • Large enterprises: ₹300-1000+ crore annually.
  • Mid-sized organizations: ₹100-300 crore annually.
  1. Revenue Contribution:
  • SaaS & security: 20-40% of total revenue.
  • Infrastructure services: 60-80%.
  1. Strategic Metrics:
  • New customer acquisition, SaaS/security penetration, and key partnerships.
