Job Role: Performance Marketer (D2 C Products)OverviewWe are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketer with proven experience in scaling D2 C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing paid media campaigns across platforms, optimizing ad spends for maximum ROI, and driving measurable revenue growth. You will work closely with creative, product, and analytics teams to create high-converting campaigns that accelerate brand growth.Key Responsibilities1. Paid Media Strategy & ExecutionDevelop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, You Tube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging channels.Build full-funnel strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) tailored for D2 C brands.Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.2. Conversion & Growth OptimizationConduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.Optimize ad funnels (from click to purchase) to reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) and improve ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).3. Analytics & ReportingTrack, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.4. Audience & Market ResearchResearch consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase LTV (Lifetime Value).5. Collaboration & Creative DirectionWork with creative teams to guide ad content (videos, static ads, UGC, influencer collabs).Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.Required Skills & Qualifications3–6 years of experience in Performance Marketing, preferably for D2 C e-commerce brands.Strong understanding of digital ad platforms (Meta, Google, Tik Tok/Snapchat, Amazon, etc.).Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Data Studio).Deep knowledge of CAC, ROAS, CLV, AOV, retention, attribution modeling.Proven track record of scaling D2 C campaigns with 7–8 figure monthly ad spends.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into strategy.Hands-on experience with Shopify, Woo Commerce, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.Key KPIsROAS (Return on Ad Spend)CAC vs LTV ratioConversion Rate ImprovementRevenue Growth from Paid MediaRetention & Repeat Purchase RatePersonality & Culture FitGrowth-oriented with a test, learn, and scale mindset.Entrepreneurial and proactive in solving problems.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth D2 C environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills.
