- Handle customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term business relationships.
- **Reporting and Collaboration**:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and marketing ROI.
- Work closely with other departments, such as product development and operations, to align strategies.
