**Key Responsibilities**:

- **SEO Management**:

- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform ongoing keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize website content, structure, and performance for search engines.
- Monitor website traffic and generate detailed SEO performance reports.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
- Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with company goals.
- **Content Creation**:

- Write and edit compelling blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy.
- Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content in collaboration with designers (if applicable).
- Develop content calendars and ensure timely delivery.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and report the effectiveness of campaigns across all channels.
- Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure ROI and make data-driven improvements.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- **Skills and Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).
- Expertise in social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Strong content writing and editing skills.
- Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or equivalent.
