We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to assist our digital marketing team in executing various digital strategies and campaigns.

**Responsibilities**:
Social Media Management:Assist in managing and growing our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
Create engaging and compelling content for social media posts.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience.
Conduct research on social media trends and best practices to optimize our social media strategy.

Content Creation and Optimization:Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality content for various digital platforms, including blog posts, articles, infographics, videos, and more.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to increase organic visibility and traffic.
Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Assist in developing content calendars and maintaining a content repository.

Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.

Analytics and Reporting:Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels.
Generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to the marketing team.
Use data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Website Management:Assist in maintaining and updating the company website with fresh and engaging content.
Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website optimization and user experience improvement.
Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix any technical issues or broken links.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recently graduated).
- Strong interest in digital marketing and a basic understanding of its various components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
