**Key Responsibilities**

- Plan, execute, and analyze paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends, tools, and opportunities in the digital marketing space.
- Monitor website analytics and performance, providing actionable insights to improve traffic and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the team to develop creative marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and implement best practices in digital marketing.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in SEO, SEM, SMM, content creation, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- **Creative Thinking**: Ability to generate fresh ideas and execute them effectively.
- **Communication**: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
