Effective planning of promotion & brand level width & depth Distribution

Educate Distributors about product portfolio and services offered.

Manage ATL & BTL and marketing activities to generate trails and revenue.
*
Review the operational performance of the distributors.
*
Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
*
Arrange and address sales and Distributor conferences.
*
Keep close watch on developments in competitor activities.
*
Execution of companies strategies in the market.
*
Visibility and availability in every store.
**Team Management**:
*
- Plan and assign goals and tasks to the salesman team.
*
Train, motivate and guide the sales man team.
*
Evaluate performance at salesman level, guide and coach them with OJT..
*
Proper beat structuring and ensuring timely supplies in the market.
