**Job Title: Field Sales Executive**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales of Services**: Present and promote the company’s services to prospective clients.
- **Client Outreach**: Actively approach new clients through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
- **Onboarding**: Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- **Cold Calling**: Initiate conversations with potential clients to generate leads.
- **Connection Building**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- **End-to-End Sales**: Handle the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in sales or a related role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
