Inside Sales Specialist's Responsibilities:-

Reaching out to prospective clients and organizations proactively across India.-

Incoming leads from website-

LinkedIn contacts-

Marketing event attendees-

Registration and attendees of various company events-

Other social media platforms-

Creating and driving sales pipeline across India.-

Proactively source new leads and use closed-loop lead management to ensure consistent follow-ups.-

Make high volume of outbound sales calls and emails to prospects daily-

Maintains knowledge of competitors to strategically position the company's services better.-

Use specialty expertise and email marketing automation tools to seek out new opportunities to build the pipeline in and drive pursuit.-

Closely coordinate with customer from lead to opportunity closure.-

Preparing weekly and monthly reports.-

Preparing account card for prospective clients and organisations-

Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.-

Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.-

Understanding and promoting company programs.-

Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs to promote products and services.-

Maintain and update client records in CRM, keeping a clean Database.-

Responding to client queries about solution, pricing and ensuring customer satisfaction. What Inside Sales Specialist will bring as role Requirements:-

Any degree from an accredited University/Institution.-

Min. 4plus years of proven outbound B2B software or IT /Telecom Service or IT Hardware sales experience-

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional language-

You're not shy on the phone and you are able to handle objections and turn them into a yes-

Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.-

You're a natural listener and excellent communicator-

You're flexible, resilient and adaptive-

You are self-motivated and able to work independently-

Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
