Understanding and promoting company programs.-

Responding to client queries about solution, pricing and ensuring customer satisfaction. What Inside Sales Specialist will bring as role Requirements:-
Any degree from an accredited University/Institution.-
Min. 4plus years of proven outbound B2B software or IT /Telecom Service or IT Hardware sales experience-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional language-
You're not shy on the phone and you are able to handle objections and turn them into a yes-
Computer proficiency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.-
You're a natural listener and excellent communicator-
You're flexible, resilient and adaptive-
You are self-motivated and able to work independently-
Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers
