Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the K9 and K12 education segments through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including schools, educational institutions, and individual learners.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the Ed-tech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
