Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the entire tendering process, from identifying relevant tenders to submission and post-submission follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of government and private tendering procedures and excellent coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and analyze relevant tender opportunities from various sources.

· Manage end-to-end tendering processes, including document preparation, bid submission, and compliance with tender requirements.

· Coordinate with internal departments to gather required information for tender documentation.

· Maintain accurate records of tenders, proposals, and contracts.

· Ensure timely submission of tenders and manage all associated documentation.

· Liaise with government and private organizations regarding tender clarifications and updates.

· Stay updated with the latest tendering policies, regulations, and industry trends.

· Handle post-tender processes such as follow-ups, negotiations, and contract finalization.

Qualifications and Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

· Proven experience in handling tenders.

· Strong knowledge of government e-procurement portals and private sector tendering.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and tender management tools.

· Ability to work under tight deadlines with keen attention to detail.

· Strong negotiation and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with e-Tendering platforms and vendor registration processes.

· Experience in document preparation, including technical and commercial proposals.

· Understanding of contract management and legal aspects related to tenders.

· Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro for editing and modifying documents.

· Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT for drafting letters, emails, and content creation.
