Job description for Tender Executive Post:

  1. Tender Identification & Analysis

  2. Monitor various tender portals (e.g., GeM, CPPP) for relevant opportunities.

  3. Analyze tender documents to assess feasibility and compliance.

  4. Identify key requirements and eligibility criteria.

  5. Bid Preparation & Documentation

  6. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering and finance) to gather necessary information.

  7. Ensure the company is registered on relevant tender platforms and maintains updated profiles.
  8. Understand and manage the documentation and procedures required for empanelment with agencies like MES, MCGM, CIDCO and INFRACON etc.
  9. Prepare comprehensive technical, commercial, and legal bid documents.
  10. Ensure all submissions meet client specifications and regulatory standards.
  11. Utilize online portals for document submission and tracking.

  12. Ready to attend pre bid meetings within Mumbai region if required.

  13. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  14. Liaise with subcontractors to obtain quotations and evaluate costs.

  15. Negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of required documentation.

  16. Maintain effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the process.

  17. Cost Estimation & Compliance

  18. Collaborate with teams to prepare accurate cost estimates and pricing structures.

  19. Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and client requirements.
  20. Conduct quality checks on final submissions to guarantee accuracy and professionalism.
  21. Ensuring & Tracking of Bank Guarantee.

  22. Coordinate with Accounts & EMD Track.

  23. Post-Submission Activities

  24. Follow up on submitted tenders, addressing any additional questions or requests for clarification.

  25. Attend post-tender meetings or debriefings to understand the outcome and identify areas for improvement.
  26. Maintain records of tender submissions and outcomes for future reference.
  27. Maintain records of refunds, Performance Guarantees and Bank Guarantees.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: BE Mechanical Engg.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in tendering, bidding, or procurement. with relevant skills for submission of Engineering Consulting tenders of Construction Industry may also be considered. ( Candidates with experience of submission of product based tenders DO NOT apply)
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and tender management software.
  • Soft Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
