About the Role
We are looking for a results-oriented B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in real estate sales and PropTech platforms such as 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker, and Housing.com . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and creating tailored solutions for developers, channel partners, and corporate clients .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to onboard real estate developers, brokers, channel partners, and corporate accounts.
- Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking within the real estate ecosystem.
- Present customized digital real estate solutions that align with client business goals.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance sales pitches and engagement strategies.
- Ensure timely deal closures with strong follow-ups, negotiation, and relationship management.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics (KPIs) to leadership.
- Stay updated on market trends, PropTech innovations, and competitor strategies .
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience , preferably in PropTech or Real Estate solutions .
- Proven track record with platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker, or Housing.com .
- Strong real estate network and understanding of developer/channel partner business needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms .
- Target-driven with a history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas .
