About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented B2B Sales Executive with strong experience in real estate sales and PropTech platforms such as 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker, and Housing.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and creating tailored solutions for developers, channel partners, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to onboard real estate developers, brokers, channel partners, and corporate accounts.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking within the real estate ecosystem.
  • Present customized digital real estate solutions that align with client business goals.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to enhance sales pitches and engagement strategies.
  • Ensure timely deal closures with strong follow-ups, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Monitor and report sales performance metrics (KPIs) to leadership.
  • Stay updated on market trends, PropTech innovations, and competitor strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in PropTech or Real Estate solutions.
  • Proven track record with platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, NoBroker, or Housing.com.
  • Strong real estate network and understanding of developer/channel partner business needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Target-driven with a history of achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
