Roles and Responsibilities:-1. Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and market dynamics.Identify market opportunities, trends, and customer needs to refine and enhance sales tactics.Set clear and measurable sales targets, ensuring the team is motivated to exceed them.
2. Team Leadership & Development:Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.Recruit, train, and continuously develop sales professionals to maximize team effectiveness.Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and implementing strategies for improvement.
3. Client Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.Represent the company in high-level client meetings and negotiations to secure long-term partnerships.
4. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination:Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment in achieving sales objectives.Drive coordinated efforts in promotional activities, product launches, and market expansion initiatives.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales success and operational efficiency.Prepare detailed sales reports, analyzing trends and performance data to inform strategic decisions.Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to enhance revenue growth and market presence.
