Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Manager to join our team at SumedhaIT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive growth and enrollment in our VLSI training programs.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies across various channels, including social media, content marketing, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Identify and target high-potential leads based on industry trends, demographics, and behavioural data.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that attracts and engages the target audience.

- Manage and optimize social media campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Insta, Twitter, and Facebook to increase brand visibility and generate leads.

- Track and analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lead generation and digital marketing.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing automation tools and CRM software.
- Passion for driving business growth and achieving results.
