Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Business Manager located in Nashik. The Territory Business Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving business growth, and developing strategies to increase market share. The role includes overseeing sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, leading a team of sales executives, and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be expected to monitor market trends, identify opportunities, and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills and ability to interpret market trends and data
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business tools
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
