The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing sales and distribution within the assigned territory, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and leading a team of insurance consultants and part-time employees. Qualifications - Strong Sales and Marketing skills - Leadership and Team Management skills - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills - Experience in Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
