About the role:
32nd is known for its one-of-a-kind synergistic real estate, premium luxury homegrown fashion brands, young disruptive f&b outlets and innovative tech ventures. As a Retail Sales Associate at 32nd, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional shopping experience for customers. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect products, provide information about our offerings, and ensuring the store's overall appearance is inviting and well-maintained. Your interactions with customers will directly contribute to the brand's reputation and customer satisfaction.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assist customers in finding products, sizes, and styles that meet their preferences and needs.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about products, including fabric, design, and care instructions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, designers, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities while understanding and respecting customer preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.
- Participate in sales and promotional events to meet or exceed sales targets.
What You Bring To The Table
- 3+ years of experience in fashion retail, particularly with a multi-designer store.
- Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends and designers.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer-centric attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Degree in fashion or retail-related education is a plus.
