Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail FMCG Store Sales Specialist at Shoorveer Grocetech Pvt Ltd in Delhi, India. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day retail sales activities, customer service, organising store operations, and providing training to staff members.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Retail Sales and Organization Skills
- Training abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of FMCG products
- Previous experience in retail sales
- Ability to work well in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
- Hands on Experience of retail sales and boosting sales on all the canteen stores of Delhi Ncr.
- Minimum experience required 5 years of work in the same field.
Requirements
- Open and willing to travel extensively around 50% of the time.
