Mission
Responsibilities:
● Envision and devise project to build sustainable partnerships with Schools, Colleges, Universities, Clubs and all other Educational institutes for the city.
● Generate leads through different means Search Engine Optimization, Email Marketing, Social Media and other Paid Marketing.
● Regularly connect with clients over calls, conduct F2F meetings as required to build long lasting relationships.
● Organize sport events/workshops along Decathlon stores’ team at client locations or Decathlon facilities.
● Handle bulk sales right from support for product selection, registration, order processing, last mile delivery to after sales service.
● Analyse the impact of these B2B partnerships in terms of value creation for Decathlon; Use B2B partnerships to create traction for Decathlon in city.
Profile
A professional with 2+ years proven sales experience in dealing with various :Schools, Colleges, Universities, Clubs and all other Educational institutes
● Must have experience in end to end business dealings from presales to after sales support.
● Drive Revenue, Event planning and execution for Educational Institutes & Sport Clubs.
● Microsoft & Google Office Suite skills including Word, Excel- Spreadsheet, PowerPoint.
● Account and multiple vendor management at the same time.
● Demonstrates ownership for conflict resolution, negotiation and de-escalation skills.
● Ability to determine customer needs and provide high standards of customer services.
● Ability to prepare charts, reports and present information clearly and concisely
