Key Purpose of Area Manager-Partner Operations

To drive revenue, build and maintain relationships, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company through effective selling strategies and Partner engagement.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Act as an ambassador for the StudyReach brand, promoting our services to agents, international educators, and potential students. Establish performance targets, plans, and objective standards for our sales representatives.
  • Enhance the enrolment of international students at StudyReach by recruiting from diverse regions.
  • Conduct presentations in the local market to further amplify StudyReach's presence.
  • Analyse sales data to assess performance and develop strategies to address any gaps.
  • Conduct comprehensive performance evaluations for each team member on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Utilize research and market analysis to implement effective marketing and recruitment strategies, optimizing outreach to international students.
  • Collaborate effectively with both the admissions and customer support teams while demonstrating the skill to gracefully resolve conflicts.
  • Offer one-on-one coaching to individual sales team members on timely basis, aiming to enhance their sales performance.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with our Key Account Recruitment Partners, keeping them informed about the latest developments within the StudyReach ecosystem and exciting student opportunities.
  • Demonstrate expertise in social selling, including leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and other networks to connect with key contacts in their target accounts. Establish and ensure adherence to a scalable sales process.
  • Conduct regular meetings with recruitment partners to gather customer feedback and discuss growth plans.
  • Resolve any escalated agent issues and address complaints related to our services on priority basis.


About You:


Experience Required:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in international student recruitment experience and/or higher education institutions.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the international student marketplace and the challenges within this industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal with a willingness to work with people of all backgrounds.
  • Ability to build productive long-term relationships with key stakeholders both externally and internally.
