- Sales targets: Setting and monitoring sales goals for the region and for each team member

- Sales team: Leading and mentoring the sales team in the North

- Sales strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies for the region

- Customer relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and growing the business

- Sales data: Relaying sales data and customer insights to operations teams

- Market research: Gathering research about the target market

- Sales processes and excellence: Ensuring adherence to sales process and achieving sales excellence through following the sales process on candidate should have 12 + years of work experience in B2B sales including managing a sales team. The candidate should have worked at a medium to large sized organization including having responsibility to set and achieve sales targets
