Position: Business Development Executive
Experience: 1-3 Years
Location: Bangalore/Remote
Department: Sales & Business Development
Industry: IT/Software
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
·       Identify and target potential clients through Upwork , LinkedIn, and other freelancing platforms. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects to achieve business growth.
IT Sales:
·       Promote IT services and software solutions tailored to client needs. (B2B)
·       Engage in the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
Freelancing Platform Expertise:
·       Leverage experience in freelancing platforms like Upwork , Freelancer, or Fiverr to identify new business opportunities.
·       Optimize bidding strategies to secure high-value projects.
International Sales:
·       Manage international client communications and negotiations professionally.
·       Develop customized solutions for clients across various geographies and industries.
Proposal Writing and Negotiation:
·       Prepare winning proposals and detailed responses to client requirements on freelancing platforms.
·       Negotiate terms and pricing to secure long-term client relationships.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Experience:
·        1-3 years of experience in IT sales or international business development.
·       Hands-on experience with Upwork or other freelancing platforms is a must.
Skills:
·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
·       Strong knowledge of freelancing platforms and proposal writing.
·       Ability to build lasting relationships with international clients.
·       Proficiency in CRM tools, market research, and sales analytics.
·       Problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
