Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and efficient Front Desk Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be proficient in MS Office, possess excellent email writing skills, and be capable of maintaining the calendars and managing travel arrangements.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and other correspondence (like couriers)
  • Arrange travel and accommodations. i.e. flight ticket booking etc
  • Drafting various letters.
  • Drafting & responding to emails.
  • Handling general admin work.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  • Book meeting rooms as required
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum Graduate
  • Preferably female candidate.
  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Executive
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
